PNC Bank and New Jersey Citizen Action highlight the Self Reliant Loan and Grant Program to benefit people with disabilities

Trenton, NJ — On Tuesday, August 11 at 11:00 a.m., Advocates, community leaders and service providers, who support people with disabilities living in New Jersey, will receive information on PNC Bank's Self Reliant Loan Program.
New Jersey Citizen Action, the state's largest citizen watchdog coalition, and PNC Bank will discuss how the program will benefit the members, constituents and clients of attending groups. The reduced interest rate loan and $1000 grant award can be used for home improvements, upgrades and items such computers with adaptive software, kitchen and bathroom assistive remodels and ramps. Recent loan and grant recipients will share their personal stores of how this program is making their lives a little easier. This financial product is available to both qualified homeowners and renters and is designed for children, adults and seniors who want to improve independence and accessibility in their lives.
