First-Time Homebuyer, Rental & Foreclosure Counseling
Our HUD-Certified Housing Counseling Service provides free one-on-one counseling in English and Spanish to low- and moderate-income first-time homebuyers seeking to purchase a home in New Jersey, along with providing foreclosure prevention counseling for homeowners who are struggling financially and are at risk of foreclosure.
Fair Housing
We offer a variety of services and programs centered on Fair Housing in English and Spanish for people throughout New Jersey, ensuring everyone knows their rights and advocating on behalf of those whose rights have been violated.
Free Health Care Enrollment Assistance
New Jersey Citizen Action Education Funds provides free ACA education, outreach, and assistance services to New Jersey residents to help them understand and apply for affordable health care coverage options through New Jersey’s health insurance marketplace, GetCoveredNJ, as well as NJFamilyCare.
